It is a fun read. My wife and I posted reviews of it a while back here.
Note that this is the original self-published edition pictured in my review. The new one was picked up by a big publisher, but it's the same book.
My only complaint is that he's already written the sequel, but it's been delayed for a year or two while the original gets re-released :(
